It's so romanticised.

She didn't know at the beginning that she wouldn't see her family again. She may have suspected it, she wasn't the most popular kid, but it's only in hindsight that she's realizing it.

I was hoping to suggest more the idea that he treated her like a finacee, rather than a true wife-partner. He doesn't seem to have relied on her for anything, even though she was keen. Plus, there's some suggestion that the kid wasn't his... : O

It's a really different take. HEAVILY romanticised. I was hoping to write a more vulnurable character, but she turned pretty bad-ass in her own right. I'm just not familiar with weak females : D

Love you guysMiss Ernsthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16987573141388911179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11936017.post-63308054865367722652008-04-08T23:41:00.000-07:002008-04-08T23:41:00.000-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Miss Ernsthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16987573141388911179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11936017.post-37740224149475554692008-04-08T05:58:00.000-07:002008-04-08T05:58:00.000-07:00Hmm, is this based on the movie-version of Marie A...Hmm, is this based on the movie-version of Marie Antoinette? I don't know ... alot of it didn't resonate with me.
In the beginning of your story, why did she know she wouldn't see her family again? They were both very rich and the distance wasn't that much.
I also assumed that if her husband didn't treat her as a wife, she wouldn't have had a child.
Anyhow, a different take on the subject than I've seen before.
lol, mapaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
